Last October we celebrated the 25th anniversary of the Master’s Degree in Reproductive Biology and Assisted Reproductive Technology, offered jointly by Dexeus Mujer and the Department of Cell Biology, Physiology and Immunology of the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB).
This pioneering programme was the first professional master’s degree in this speciality to be offered in Spain. In addition to a long tradition, the master’s degree has a recognised prestige both nationally and internationally, and a high level of employment.
The event, which took place in the auditorium of the Hospital Universitario Dexeus, was attended by the coordinators of the master’s degree: Montse Boada, Francesca Vidal, Josep Santaló, Anna Veiga, Joan Blanco and Clara González as well as some former students of the first promotions, including professionals who have been part of our Reproductive Medicine Service for many years, such as Gemma Arroyo, Mónica Parriego, Miquel Solé, Cristina de la Cruz, Marta Tresánchez, Lluc Coll, Marta Roca, and Marina Sumarroca.
The celebration closed with the presentation of diplomas to the students of this 25th promotion and a celebration attended by more than 100 alumni and teachers of the master.
