Dr Racca Annalisa is the Scientific Director of the Reproductive Medicine Unit at Dexeus Mujer, Dexeus University Hospital.
Annalisa was born in Cuneo, Italy on 26 February, 1987.
She graduated, Cum Laude, in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Genoa in 2012 and she specialized, with commendation, in Obstetrics and Gynecology in the same university in 2018. In 2016, during the specialization, she started a four year Clinical and Research Fellowship in reproductive medicine at the Centre for Reproductive Medicine at Brussel Vrije Universiteit Hospital. She followed the Global Clinical Scholars Research Training (GCSRT) of Harvard Medical School, and she obtained, with commendation, a master in statistics in 2020. Since January 2020 she works as a reproductive medicine specialist in Dexeus Mujer, Barcelona, and since January 1st 2022 she is the Scientific Director of the Reproductive Medicine Service at Dexeus University Hospital. She spesks: Italian, English, French, Spanish and Netherlands. Present scientific interests include: endocrinological monitoring during stimulation, endometrial receptivity and endometrial preparation in IVF procedures, pharmacological manipulation of ovarian activity, luteal phase support in IVF treatments. She has been author and co-author of several scientific papers published in peer reviewed journals. She is member of the European Society of Reproductive Medicine (ESHRE).
