Graduated from the University Paris Descartes, Faculty of Medicine, (MD in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2010 and PhD in Basic Sciences in 2013), Pietro Santulli was named Associated Professor in 2014 and full Professor in Paris in 2018. He is the clinical and scientific director of the Reproductive Medicine Unit in the department headed by Prof. Charles Chapron at Cochin University Hospital in Paris. His main research activities are the following: (i) Basic research on molecular immunologic and inflammatory bases of endometriosis, adenomyosis and related infertility; (ii) Clinical research on the assessment and management (medical and/or surgical) of endometriosis and endometriosis-related infertility; (iii) Clinical research on gynecologic surgery and assisted reproductive technologies in infertility. He authored and coauthored about 150 original articles in peer-reviewed scientific journals. His papers have received a total of 4800 cites with an h-index of 38.
